Anger is a real and often overwhelming emotion, especially for busy women juggling multiple responsibilities. Between caring for others, managing a home, working, and trying to walk closely with God, it's easy to feel like you’re about to explode. But the Bible doesn’t ignore anger—it addresses it head-on and offers us godly wisdom and practical guidance.
The book of James reminds us, "My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires" (James 1:19–20, NIV). Anger in itself is not always sinful, but it becomes destructive when we let it control us instead of surrendering it to God. This verse encourages us to slow down our reactions and give space for the Holy Spirit to guide us.
